At Spark District, we stand behind the quality of our products.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS UNLESS I ACCEPT!

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Incorrect fit or compatibility
  • Buyer preference

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • a video of the item (important)
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items must not be intentionally damaged or modified.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
