XL Wheel Kit (16/19 MX)

Turn the mini e-moto into a full-size trail weapon.

The XL Wheel Kit upgrades compatible bikes to a 16"/19" motocross setup. The larger front rolls through ruts and obstacles more easily, while the 16" rear adds traction, stability, and access to a wider range of MX tires.

Why It Matters

This is one of the most noticeable chassis upgrades for riders who spend time in woods, fields, rough trails, and motocross-style terrain. The bike feels larger, calmer, and more capable when the ground gets uneven.

Fitment

Fitment depends on axle diameter, hub spacing, brake and sprocket alignment, fork and swingarm clearance, chain length, suspension height, and the bike’s existing geometry. Contact Projekt46 before ordering if any measurement is uncertain.

Before You Order

This is an oversize shipment and additional shipping charges may apply. A 16"/19" conversion changes ride height, gearing, chain requirements, and handling. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
